When fully populated, the maximum recognized memory may be reduced by 512MB to 1GB or more depending on Windows and BIOS resource allocation.
This system supports both ECC (KVRxxxD2E4/xx) and non-ECC (KVRxxxD2N4/xx) memory. When mixing ECC and non-ECC modules, the system will not perform the ECC function.
When mixing DDR2-400 and DDR2-533, the memory will default to DDR2-400 speeds.
Maximum configurations require 64-bit operating system.
